Greetings asher --
Here is your horoscope for Saturday, April 24, 2005:
Today's heavenly line up calls for a wonderful evening. All you really have to do is show up. There's not much you can do wrong -- unless you choose to argue unnecessarily with someone about a matter that's long gone.
Greetings asher --
Here is your horoscope for Sunday, April 24, 2005:
One particular relationship -- the one you've been feeling rather iffy about lately -- is about to come to a head now. This doesn't necessarily mean things will go badly, however. Anything's possible. |

| | r&b | ] | This has been a weekend for the ages.
But it would make a terrible screenplay. There was very little action. It would make a neat exestential piece of writing.
Hmm...I could probably turn this into a play of some sorts. Just have to externalize it. Right now I'm really just thinking aloud. No need to really pay attention.
In terms of things actually happening, poker is necessary -- I got a read on someone. Someone showed me their tell without realizing it. I almost let a tell of mine get out, but I stopped myself. I finally saw something about the game that I wouldn't let myself see before - this was key to my game. I also just figured out this one opponent, and I know what he has, and I know what moves he's trying to pull. But now I know his moves, so it's just a matter of finishing the hand at this point. Let's see. I think that's all the poker for now.
This weekend has also started a hugging revolution. I'm not a huggy person by any stretch of the imagination. But for whatever reason, boom, I was giving out hugs left and right. Who knows. I like them now.
All in all, a good weekend. Weird. Awkward. Strange. Enlightening. Peacefull. Stressfull.
And now I'm ending it with a mix of Bone Thugz N Harmony, Brian McKnigh, KC and JoJo and Boyz II Men |

| | jesus of suburbia | ] | Yeah, back to poker terms for me.
So I'm in a game right now, coming off a really bad beat. One of those really bad beats on the river, like holding an over pair to a lower pocket pair and losing to that damn set. Yeah, one of those. But I rebound well, I don't let the bad beats get to me. That's the only way to play poker. So I'm in a game now, new game, new start. And I'm in a hand right now, and before I bet on the flop, I stop and I notice something about my betting pattern. I pull back my hand with my chips in it and I reevaluate my hand. I look over at my opponent, and I wonder if they've noticed this tell I just gave away. I've noticed my own pattern, my own tell, and now the key is to try and see if my opponent noticed it too.
I'll let ya'll know how it all turns out. In poker terms of course. |

I know very well that we are not all equal, nor can be so; but it is my opinion that he who avoids the common people, in order not to lose their respect, is as much to blame as a coward who hides himself from his enemy because he fears defeat. |
